DfE Validated SSP Programmes

UK Systematic Synthetic Phonics in Key Stage One - SSP in KS1.
Schools now have a wider choice of validated Systematic Synthetic Phonics Programs. Use the Science of Reading SoR Programs web site to learn more about these SSP Programmes if you are a parent and would like to better support your child at home, or a teacher choosing phonics teaching resources.

There is no statutory requirement for UK schools to choose one of the SSP programmes on the validated list. However for those wishing to learn more about the recently validated SSP programmes we hope you find this information useful.
